What SAK369 collects, why, who sees it, and your choices — in plain words.
Who we are
SAK369 is run by Sakada369 at app.sakada369.com. It helps you build your own app with Claude, the way an expert would. Questions about your information go to privacy@sakada369.com.
What we collect
- From Google, when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- What you tell us when you register: your name, what you do, the industry you work in, how to reach you, and your agreement that we may keep these details and contact you.
- What you put into SAK369: your project descriptions, your answers to the steps, links, screenshots and files you add (such as PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets), and the instructions and plans SAK369 writes from them.
- In the Report Builder: the report templates and data files you upload, and how you match one to the other.
- While Claude builds your app on your computer: only a short progress note in plain words (PROGRESS.md) and a signal when Claude stops to wait for you. Your code never leaves your computer.
- To run the service safely: your sign-in session, which records your IP address and browser type, and a record of what each plan cost.
What we use it for
- To run your account and keep your projects for you.
- To write your plan: Joey, SAK369’s planner, uses your answers and screenshots.
- To make your reports: SAK369 reads your Word and Excel files itself, and Joey reads PDFs and pictures.
- To decide on your registration.
- To contact you about SAK369, which you agreed to when you registered.
- To keep spending on plans within limits, and to keep the service secure.
Who else sees it
- SAK369’s admin sees your registration details, to approve you.
- Your projects are shown only to you in SAK369.
- The AI company that writes Joey’s plans receives your project’s instructions and screenshots when you ask for a plan, and the names of your files — not what is in them. Today that is Anthropic, the maker of Claude.
- When you ask Joey to match a report, the same company receives the report’s name, what you said about it, its sections, and its columns with a few example values. A template or data file that is a PDF or a picture is sent whole, so Joey can read it.
- When you ask Joey to write a report, the same company also receives the rows of the columns you matched (up to 150), and totals SAK369 counted from all of them. A data file that is a PDF or a picture is sent whole again.
- Cloudflare hosts SAK369 and stores its database and your uploaded files, in the Asia–Pacific region.
- Google handles signing in.
- Claude on your computer runs under your own Claude account and Anthropic’s terms. Your files go to it inside your project folder, and it reads them there. SAK369 does not see what happens there, apart from the progress note above.
We do not sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or analytics tools.
Cookies and storage
One cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers whether you chose the light or dark look. Nothing else is stored in your browser.
How long we keep it
- Your projects and reports, and the files in them: until you delete them, or ask us to delete your account. Removing a file from a project, or deleting a report, deletes its files.
- Your registration details: kept so we can contact you about SAK369, even after you stop using it or delete your account. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- Records of what plans cost: kept, so costs stay honest.
Your choices
- Delete any of your projects or reports yourself.
- Ask us to see or correct the details we hold about you, to delete your account and projects, or to stop contacting you: write to privacy@sakada369.com.
- Stop using SAK369 at any time.
Keeping it safe
You sign in with Google, so there is no SAK369 password to steal. The keys Google gives us are stored encrypted. Each project and report can be reached only by its owner, checked on our server for every request.
Changes
